Should we be leaders 100% of the time?

We talk a lot about leadership, strength and power of human energy. But still, I would like to we, people, do not forget that the horse will never accept us as an animal of its species. The horse may be the best and most faithful friend, treats us with respect and even love us.

But we - the people, even if we learn how to speak the horse's language, we would still be speaking with “an accent”. We won’t lose our credibility in their eyes –absolutely not. Our horses will stay the same for us hardworking and meticulous students, but we will never become horses.

Therefore we should not claim to be leaders 100% of the time. We should respect and cherish our horses, as they do in return, like our best, dear and close friends.
